What was happening at
Verra Asia prides itself in delivering standout content for their clients. But, their content was causing them a bit of discontent.
All of their client deliverables- the master presentations, fundraising pitches, sales enablement brochures, and even brand books– relied on PPTs and PDFs.
Czar spotted a few niggling issues with these formats:

They were looking for the best way to present content that's interactive and immersive, but also more accessible for
their clients and their clients’ clients.

High-resolution images, videos, and interactive elements made files balloon to massive sizes. This created distribution headaches, especially over email, and slowed performance for both their team and clients.
PDFs and PPTs struggled to handle dynamic, engaging features without compromising usability.
“You work hard to come up with a great presentation– you have all the images and videos in high resolution. And it does its job, except for the fact that the file size becomes a problem. We've had file sizes go up to one gigabyte, and it becomes a struggle to share and distribute.”

After tearing through Cleverstory’s online repository of case studies and templates, it became clear to Czar that this was a tool that could check their boxes.
“That was really the first touch point– the Cleverstory homepage and case studies were designed in a way that told us what the platform was capable of right away. We already knew how it could be applied to some of the projects that we were doing.”
As a final test before proceeding, Verra Asia presented Cleverstory to their client, Hawa Sliding Solutions, through a compelling in-house POC.

With Cleverstory, designing great-looking decks became easy-peasy. No HTML-ese fluency required.
The platform’s no-code functionality allowed non-designers to create high quality interactive decks without relying on tech/dev resources. With Cleverstory’s pre-built interactive templates the Verra Asia team didn’t have to start from scratch and could produce great content without losing time.

fifteen planned Cleverstory experiences!

They were now able to share their material as trackable, updatable links that could be easily accessed by their clients and further be used across various channels (website, social, email etc).
